From the end of March to 21st June 2020 we have been open and providing examinations on an urgent basis as required by Welsh Government. From Monday 22nd June we are also open for essential services. This means we are looking forward to helping in more circumstances. For example:
This list is not exhaustive and if you are unsure then please contact the practice for advice. Some issues may be resolved by remote consultation such as telephone or video call and we can provide this service when required.
We have undertaken training and introduced infection control measures to protect you and us. There are adaptations to aid social distancing and you will see us wearing PPE such as masks, aprons, visors or gloves but it is still us underneath.
We will be limiting the number of people who enter the practice per day and ask you to sanitise your hands on arrival. If safe for you to do so we would be grateful if you could wear a face covering for your nose and mouth. We will ask you some simple coronavirus screening questions when you book and on arrival at the practice.
All visits will need to be by appointment including glasses repairs and collections but these can be scheduled to suit you or home collection/delivery arranged.
We realise that you may have questions about visiting us under the current circumstances so please don’t hesitate to call or email with any queries.
Opening hours are:
Monday to Friday - 9.00 - 5.30
Saturday - Closed
Sunday - Closed
However, this is an evolving situation and we may offer services outside these hours as the “new normal” develops. Please telephone or email to arrange an appointment at your convenience.
